Egypt's largest banks, including the National Bank of Egypt, the Commercial International Bank, and HSBC, have temporarily stopped allowing their customers to use their debit cards for withdrawing cash in foreign currencies or making online purchases from international vendors. You may have received text messages from these banks informing you about this change.
Because of this, debit cards are currently not an option for renewing your Twinkl membership. To continue enjoying all the great resources on the Twinkl website, we kindly request you update your payment method by adding a valid credit card or an international debit card linked to a foreign currency bank account.
You can update your payment details by following these steps:
- Log in to Twinkl and visit the ‘My Account’ section of the website.
- Click ‘Payment & Memberships’.
- Scroll down to ‘Payment Methods’ and click 'Add payment method'.
- Enter your chosen credit card or international debit card details and click ‘Add payment method’.
- Click the plus symbol in the 'Primary' column so that a green tick appears.
If you wish to remove your old payment method, click the bin symbol in the 'Delete' column.
Your next membership payment will be taken from the new payment method.
