Is the Twinkl App free and how do I download it?
Yes the Twinkl App is free to download; you just need a Twinkl account to login. All Twinkl accounts work with the app to give access to resources according to your membership level.
The Twinkl App requires an Apple device running iOS version 13.0 or later, or an Android device running Android version 4.4 and up. For a comprehensive list of devices, refer to relevant App Store listings as linked above. You will not be able to install this app on an unsupported device. Please see our General App Information content for more information on updating your device software.
The performance of this App will vary depending upon the performance of your device, we recommend using a modern device for the best experience.
How do I logon to the Twinkl App?
You need a Twinkl account to login to the Twinkl App.
Simply enter the same username and password you would for the Twinkl website and you will be logged in.
If you enter the correct username and password and the app does not login, please logon to the Twinkl website on your device's web browser first and then return to the app once you have verified the correct details. Your account needs to have logged into the Twinkl website at least once since creation, in order to be ready to use on the Twinkl App. For newly created accounts, just log out, then back in on the website and you will be ready to go!
How do I manage my resources in the App?
All resources downloaded in the App are stored on the device until deleted.
By clicking the three dots ('More') icon at the bottom of the App, you can view, re download and delete your Downloaded and Saved for Later resources.
To delete resources from the App, simply swipe left and the resource will be removed.
