If you find you're having trouble opening a ZIP pack resource and extracting the files after downloading it from the site - we can help!
All modern Windows and Mac computers have a built in function to open a ZIP pack, so you don't need to install any additional software.
When trying to extract files, your system may sometimes try to extract these to a temporary folder, which may not work. You may receive a message letting you know that "the extraction cannot be completed and the destination file could not be created", or similar.
When you experience this message or have trouble opening a ZIP pack, we recommend trying these three options:
1. Copy and paste the downloaded ZIP file to your desktop or Documents folder. Right-click on the ZIP folder and select "Extract all". You can then choose where you'd like the files to be saved.
2. On the resource page, right-click on the green 'Download' button, select "Save link as" and choose your desktop. Once you have saved the resource to your device, you can then extract the files, as described in point 1.
3. If neither of the above options work, the last thing to try is to double click the downloaded Zip file. Highlight the files from the pack that you'd like to use, right-click and select "Copy". Then navigate to your desktop or Documents folder, right-click in an empty area and click "Paste".
