We know you're going to have your hands full for a few months, so of course we are happy to freeze your membership until you are ready to use it again.
I have an annual membership
No problem! Get in touch with TwinklCares and let them know the email address on the account and the date you are going to be starting your leave. TwinklCares might ask some questions to confirm the account, and will let you know how much time you have left on your membership.
Reactivating is as easy as telling us that you would like to restart your membership.
I have a monthly membership
Freeze your monthly membership until you're ready to use it again by following these steps:
1) Sign in to your Twinkl account and visit the 'Payment & Memberships' area.
2) Look for the option 'Pause Your Subscription' and click on the 'Are you on maternity leave?' link.
3) Click on the calendar symbol and use the arrows on the calendar to select the date you would like your membership to restart. This is the date your next monthly payment will be taken.
4) When you have chosen the date you would like the membership to restart, click 'Pause'. You will see a message on the screen confirming the membership has been paused and an email confirming the pause will be sent to the email address on your Twinkl account.
