We've made it even easier to renew your membership so you have uninterrupted access to learning resources and materials.
If you have opted for our monthly plan, the monthly payment will be taken on the same date each month until you choose to cancel.
If you have opted for our annual plan, your membership will auto renew on the last date of the membership. A message giving the date of the auto renewal can be found in the 'Payment & Memberships' area of your account in the 'Your Current Membership' section.
An email reminder is sent to the log in email address of the account 30 days before the membership is due to renew and the next payment is collected.
Please be aware that if the reminder email hasn't come through, it may be that it ended up in a spam or junk folder - often, emails contained in these folders are cleared automatically by the email provider after a certain period of time, so it might already have been removed from your inbox if this occurred before the end of the 30 day period.
You can also see a reminder of the number of days left on your membership at the top right of the web page, next to the search bar.
To double-check if the auto renewal feature on your account is active, visit the 'Payment & Memberships' area of your account. If the text underneath 'Your Current Membership' starts 'Your next payment will be taken on...' this indicates auto renewal is turned on and a payment will be taken on the date shown.
Another way to double-check is by scrolling down the page and clicking 'Show payment methods'. This will show the payment method and the column 'Auto Renew' will have a tick in it.
