You can select, change, or update your preferred payment method for your membership at any time.
To update the payment method on your account, follow these steps:
- Make sure you are signed in to your account.
- Click 'My Account' in the menu on the home page.
- Click 'Payment & Memberships'.
- Scroll down the page and click 'Show Payment Methods'. Here you will see the current payment method.
- Click 'Add Payment Method' to add a new payment method and enter your new payment details.
- Once entered, click the plus symbol in the 'Primary' column so that a green tick appears.
If you wish to remove your old payment method, click the bin symbol in the 'Delete' column.
Your next membership payment will be taken from the payment method that has a tick in the 'Primary' column.
Should a payment method have expired or be missing from an account, a pop-up will appear on the screen. Click the 'Add payment method' button to add a new payment method directly to your account. The payment method added will become the primary payment method on the account and the next membership payment will be taken from this.
