E-mails and "Contact Us" Page Forms
E-mails can sometimes be redirected to junk mail, or even your promotions folder, so be sure to check for a reply there.
If an email address you’ve entered has a spelling mistake, this will prevent emails being sent to you. Be sure to double-check this before you send it through to us.
It’s possible you have more than one account, try checking all your email addresses.
Be sure to keep us updated when you change your e-mail address. You can update this in the 'My Details' area of your account.
Email block
Depending on where your school is, there may be a block on our e-mails. This has occurred with e-mail addresses that include @worcs
If you think this might be happening to you, talking to your school IT Technician is the best first action to take. If they are unable to help, contact TwinklCares from your personal e-mail address and they can help further.
