If you click on a resource and get redirected to our memberships and upgrades page, this is usually because the resource selected isn't included within your current membership. Looking at the download button will indicate whether or not the resource is included in the membership on your account.
A resource that is included in your current membership will have a green 'Download Now' button below it.
A resource that is not included in your current membership will have the name of the membership it is included in and the price, to be added to what you are currently paying (per month), to upgrade. Clicking on this button will take you through to the membership page and you can choose whether or not you would like to upgrade.

I've already paid for this and I'm getting asked to pay again
We're sorry to hear that and we'd be happy to help. Sometimes members can accidentally have multiple Twinkl accounts - a paid account and a free account. Please log out of Twinkl by typing "log out" into the search bar and double-check you've logged in with the correct details. If that doesn't fix the issue, please get in touch with the receipt for your most recent membership and the TwinklCares team will be happy to help.
