If you click on a resource and get redirected to our memberships and upgrades page, this is usually because the resource selected isn't included within your current membership. Looking at the download button will indicate whether or not the resource is included in the membership on your account.
If a resource is available to you as it will have a green download now button below it:
If you go on a resource that isn’t part of your membership, the download button shows the price of the upgrade bundle instead of download now.

I've already paid for this and I'm getting asked to pay again
Sorry to hear that and we'd be happy to help. Sometimes members can accidentally have multiple Twinkl accounts - a paid account and a free account. Please log out of Twinkl by typing "log out" into the search bar and double-check you've logged in with the correct details. If that doesn't fix the issue, please get in touch and the TwinklCares team would be happy to look into it.
