Our teacher-created resources are written, designed and illustrated by our dedicated in-house team. Resources are placed into memberships based on the time taken and amount of input needed to create them.
All resources can be seen on the website, no matter which membership you have. The resource download button will indicate whether or not the resource is included in your membership.
The download button on a resource included in your current membership will read 'Download Now'.
A resource that is not included in your current membership will have the name of the membership it is included in and the price, to be added to what you are currently paying (per month), to upgrade. Clicking on this button will take you through to the membership page and you can choose whether or not you would like to upgrade.

You can check your current membership in the 'Payment & Memberships' area of your account.

I've already paid for this and I'm getting asked to pay again
We're sorry to hear that and we'd be happy to help. Sometimes members can accidentally have multiple Twinkl accounts - a paid account and a free account. Please sign out of Twinkl by typing "sign out" in the search bar and double-check you've logged in with the correct details. If that doesn't fix the issue, please get in touch with the receipt for your most recent membership and the TwinklCares team will be happy to help.
