If you are using Safari browser on Mac OSX, you may encounter some difficulties when using Twinkl's "Save this to my Google Drive" option on our resource pages.
This is a known issue caused by Safari's intentional "Intelligent Tracking Prevention" feature.
In order to use "Save this to my Google Drive" on our Website with Mac OSX, you will need to either:
- Download and use Google Chrome, or:
- When using the Twinkl Website, disable Safari’s “Website tracking - Prevent cross-site tracking”, feature, by following these steps:
Open your Safari preferences:
Choose the privacy tab:
Un-tick “Prevent cross-site tracking”.
You will need to close Safari and re-open it, and fully reload the resource page. The "Save this to my Google Drive" feature should now work as expected.
If you follow these steps and find you are still unable to use the "Save this to my Google Drive" feature, we recommend saving the resource to your device once downloaded. Then, open your Google Drive and drag and drop the saved resource into the drive.
