We understand that whether you have a free account or a membership, there may be a time when you wish to delete your account.
I have a free account
To delete a free account, follow these steps:
- From the home page click My Account in the menu on the left and click on Account Help.
- Click on 'Closing your account'.
- Click on the link 'No thanks, proceed with deletion'.
- Scroll down and select a reason for deletion from the options on the screen.
- Enter your password to confirm the deletion and click 'Submit'.
The account will be deleted and confirmation of this will appear on the screen.

I have an active or expired membership
If you have an active or expired membership, you'll need to contact TwinklCares so they can clear security details and complete the account deletion for you. Please contact TwinklCares and they'll be happy to help.
