When using the “Save to Google Drive” feature on an iPhone or iPad device, you may encounter issues with this saving the resource to your Google Drive correctly.
This is a known issue caused by Apple’s intentional "Intelligent Tracking Prevention" feature.
In order to use "Save this to my Google Drive" on our Website with an iPhone or iPad device, you’ll need to either:
- Download the resource to your device directly before uploading to Google Drive manually
- When using the Twinkl Website, disable your device’s “Website tracking - Prevent cross-site tracking”, feature.
Details on how to disable the “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking” feature to allow this to work can be found in this FAQ page on the Apple site, directly underneath the “Control privacy and security settings for Safari” heading.
You may need to fully close your web browser before heading back to the Twinkl site and reloading the resource page for this to work correctly.
