To cancel a monthly membership, follow these steps:
1) Sign in to your Twinkl account.
2) Click on your name at the top right of the web page and click 'Payments' in the drop-down menu.
3) Scroll down to the 'Your Suggested Plans' section.
4) Click the 'Manage membership' link underneath the suggested membership plans.
5) Scroll down to find the 'Twinkl Free' option and click the 'Cancel Membership' button in the box.
6) Follow the process on the screen, clicking on 'Continue with Cancellation' and 'Cancel Anyway' until you reach the 'Cancellation Confirmed' page.
Once you have cancelled your membership, an email confirming the cancellation will be sent to the email address on the account.
Any changes made to your membership will not be applied to payments that have already been collected.

3) Click on the ‘Cancel Membership’ link.

Once you have cancelled your membership, an email confirming the cancellation will be sent to the email address on the account.

4) When you see the 'Cancellation Confirmed' message, there are some questions you can answer if you wish to. An email to confirm cancellation will be sent to the email address on the account and you can also visit the 'Payment & Memberships' area to see a message letting you know when the current membership ends.

If something's not quite right and you can't see your membership details, we recommend first double-checking you're signed in to the right account. You can do this by going to Account>My Details and checking the email address and username.
