To cancel your monthly membership, sign in to your Twinkl account and click here:

Follow the process on the screen, scrolling to click 'Cancel Anyway' on each page until you reach the 'Cancellation Confirmed' page.
Once you've cancelled your membership, an email confirming the cancellation will be sent to the email address on the account. Please check your spam and junk folders if this doesn't appear in your inbox. Your membership will expire on the end date and your Twinkl account will return to a free membership, meaning you can download free resources.

If something's not quite right and you can't see your membership details, it's possible they're on an account with another email address. We recommend double-checking the email address and username you're signed in with in the My Details area of your account before signing out and signing back in with any other email addresses you have.
