Follow these steps to cancel an annual membership on a desktop device:
1) Sign in to your Twinkl account.
2) Click on 'Account' in the menu on the left of the home page.
3) Click on 'Payment & Memberships'.
4) In the 'Your Current Plan' section and click 'Manage membership'.
5) Scroll down to 'Twinkl Free' and click 'Disable auto-renewal'.
6) A message will appear, to confirm you would like to remove auto renewal, click on the 'Turn off Auto Renewal' link.
7) A message will appear on screen to confirm the auto-renewal has been turned off. This means you have cancelled your membership. Your membership will expire on the end date and your Twinkl account will return to a free membership where you can continue to access free resources.
I am using a desktop device (computer or laptop) outside the UK
Follow these steps to cancel an annual membership on a desktop device:
1) Sign in to your Twinkl account.
2) Click on 'My Account' in the menu on the left of the home page.
3) Click on 'Payment & Memberships'.
4) Scroll down the page and click on 'Show Payment Method'.
5) Untick the auto-renewal box by clicking on the tick in the box next to 'Annual Auto renew'.
6) A message will appear, to confirm you would like to remove auto renewal, click on the 'Turn off Auto Renewal' link.
7) The tick next to 'Annual Auto renew' has now been removed and the tick in the 'Auto Renew' column for your payment method has also been removed. This means you have turned off auto renewal and cancelled your membership. Your membership will expire on the end date and your Twinkl account will return to a free membership where you can continue to access free resources.
I am using a mobile device (phone or tablet) within the UK
To cancel an annual membership using a mobile device, open Twinkl on the web browser of the device, sign in and follow these steps:
1) Tap on the account icon at the bottom right of the page and tap 'Payments' in the menu that appears.
