Annual Membership
Please contact TwinklCares with the email address on your account and the date you’d like to pause the membership from. TwinklCares may ask some questions to confirm your account before pausing the membership for you.
To restart your membership, get back in touch with TwinklCares with the email address on your account and the date you’d like your membership to restart, and they’ll organise this for you.
Monthly Membership
Choose 30, 60 or 90 days in the 'Pause Your Membership' box, here:

Click ‘Put account on hold’ to pause your membership.
A confirmation message will appear on the screen and an email will be sent to the email address on your account giving the date the pause will end and the next month of membership will begin.
If you wish to start the membership before the pause has finished, visit the ‘Payment & Memberships’ page and click ‘Reactivate Membership Now’. A payment for the month of membership will be taken right away.
Restart My Membership
If you want to restart your membership before the pause is due to end, follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Twinkl Account and visit the 'Payment & Memberships' area of your account.
- Click the 'Restart membership immediately' link. You'll see the date the next payment is due to be taken.
- An email will be sent to your account to confirm the pause has ended and the date of the next membership payment.
Annual members will need to contact TwinklCares with the email address on their account and the date they'd like their membership to restart
