Downgrading your membership allows you to pay for only the resources you're using.
Annual membership
Downgrade your membership before your renewal date to renew at the downgraded price. To do this, follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Twinkl account.
- Visit the Payment & Memberships are of your account and click 'Manage Membership', here:
https://www.twinkl.co.uk/manage-membership
- Click ‘Switch to...’ in the membership box of the membership you'd like to downgrade to.
- Confirm you'd like to downgrade.
- A message will appear on screen to confirm your membership has been downgraded. An email will also be sent to the email address on your account.
You'll have access to the resources in your current membership until the membership renews.
Monthly Membership
Downgrade your membership by signing in to your Twinkl account and following these steps:
- Visit the Payment & Memberships are of your account and click 'Manage Membership', here:
https://www.twinkl.co.uk/manage-membership
- Click ‘Switch to...’ in the membership box of the membership you'd like to downgrade to.
- Confirm you'd like to downgrade.
- A message will appear on screen to confirm your membership has been downgraded. An email will also be sent to the email address on your account.
You'll have access to the resources in your current membership until the next monthly payment when your membership renews at the downgraded price.
