All Twinkl Apps feature lovely audio / sound. This is best enjoyed at a sensible volume level to suit your personal preference and environmental surroundings.
Devices typically offer both software, or settings, and hardware, or switches, to control volume levels.
The most common problem encountered with sound is either that your device is on mute (no sound at all), or the volume level is not correctly adjusted (too loud/too quiet). Check these settings and device switches first.
As a general rule, if you hear no or too loud/quiet sound from your device when using another app, such as Spotify or Youtube, then it is likely you will experience the same issue when using a Twinkl App.
