When your school subscription is coming to the end, our account management team will be in touch to discuss your options with you. As the subscription will not automatically continue, you can simply let them know you would like to renew and they will sort this out for you.
The renewed subscription will follow on from the end of the current subscription so your staff will receive uninterrupted access.
If you'd like to renew your subscription via the School Manager Tool, you can do this by entering the contact email for the school account and following the link in the email sent to you. Click the green renewal button in the 'Renew your account' box.
The standard subscription length is 12 months, however we do offer multi-year discounts for longer subscriptions. You can find out more by speaking to the Schools' Team.
All of our school subscriptions are invoiced and our payment terms are 21 days. If you require a Purchase Order number on your invoice, please contact us and we can add that for you.
