Signed in but unable to download resources? We recommend following these steps:
- Visit ‘My Details’ to check the email address & username for your account. If these details aren’t correct, sign out of the account and sign in with the email address for your account.
- Visit ‘Payment & Memberships’ to see the name and dates of your membership. If there’s no membership, it’s possible the membership is on an account with a different email address. Sign out of the account and sign in with a different email address.
Please note, it's possible to create multiple accounts with different email addresses. This can lead to unexpected charges when a membership has been bought on an email address that's not regularly used. Be sure to try all possible email addresses when signing in to find all possible accounts.
Tip: Check your email inboxes (including junk/spam folders) for emails from Twinkl. If you have any, it’s likely there’s an account associated with that email address.
