How do I set up a trial?
Once you've signed up for a free Twinkl account, click either the Membership or Try Twinkl button at the top of the website, next to the search bar.
You'll be asked to choose between an annual or monthly plan as membership is converted to a standard paid membership plan at the end of the trial period. An annual plan gives you 12 months of membership and a one off payment is taken at the start of the 12 months. A monthly plan takes a monthly payment each month until you choose to cancel the membership.
On the order summary page you’ll see the price of your trial month and when the standard membership payment is due. Enter your payment details and the trial will be added to your account right away.
You can cancel the trial at any time if you decide the standard membership isn’t for you right now. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, the membership option you chose, either monthly or annually, will automatically be deducted from your account.

What will happen at the end of the trial?
You'll be sent an email 7 days before the trial ends, to remind you the trial will be finishing soon. As this is automated, it's possible it could be sent to your junk or spam folder.
At the end of the trial, the membership will renew based on the option chosen when signing up. If you’d like to cancel your membership before it renews, take a look at our 'How Do I Cancel a Trial Membership?' article.
