How Do I Set up a Trial?
Once you've signed up for a free Twinkl account, click either the Membership or the Try Twinkl button at the top of the website, next to the search bar.
You'll be asked to choose between an annual or monthly plan as membership is converted to a standard paid membership plan at the end of the trial period. An annual plan gives you 12 months of membership and a one-off payment is taken at the start of the 12 months. A monthly plan takes a monthly payment each month until you choose to cancel the membership.
On the order summary page, you’ll see the price of your trial month and when the standard membership payment is due. Enter your payment details and the trial will be added to your account right away.
You’re free to cancel the trial at any time if you decide the standard membership isn’t for you right now.
What Will I Have Access To?
You'll be able to download over a million Twinkl resources! With our free guides to help you learn all about our Twinkl products and how they can help you, as well as how our products have been tailored to support the Australian Curriculum, you’ll have all the support you need.

Why am I being asked to enter my payment details?
You’ll be asked to enter your payment details to start your trial. No payment will be taken (check the Summary Order shows $0.00) but payment details are entered so the membership can auto renew when your trial ends, giving you uninterrupted access to Twinkl’s resources.

What Will Happen at the End of the Trial?
You'll be sent an email 7 days before the trial ends, to remind you the trial will be finishing soon. As this is automated, it's possible it could be sent to your junk or spam folder.
At the end of the trial, the membership will renew based on the option chosen when signing up. If you’d like to cancel your membership before it renews, take a look at our 'How Do I Cancel a Trial Twinkl Membership?' article.
Why am I seeing the standard membership prices?
A trial membership is limited to one per free account and payment method. If you've had a trial or paid membership with us previously, you won't be eligible for a second trial and will be redirected to our standard memberships when you click the 'Membership' button.
