To cancel your trial, follow these steps:
- Sign in to your account.
- Go to ‘Payments & Memberships’: https://www.twinkl.co.uk/payment-history
- Click 'Manage Membership', then 'Cancel Membership' and 'Turn off auto-renew'.
- Follow the on-screen steps, clicking ‘Cancel Anyway’ on each page until you reach the ‘Cancellation Confirmed’ page.
You'll see a confirmation note immediately on screen, and we’ll send a confirmation email to the email address on your account right away. Check your spam or junk folder if you don't spot it straight away.
Please note, changes to your membership won’t affect payments already taken.

Still can’t see your membership details? Don’t worry, it’s usually something simple, like signing in with a different email address. Before you spend any more time hunting for it, head to the My Details section of your account and double-check the email address and username you’re using. Then try signing out and signing back in with any other email addresses you might have used.
