As a paying Twinkl member, you can enjoy access to a range of our fantastic educational apps, both online and offline, simply by logging in. These apps are included as part of your membership and are designed to make learning fun, engaging and easy to access anywhere.
If you have an individual membership, you can log in and use the apps on personally owned devices belonging to the account holder. For school memberships, apps can be used across as many classroom or school-managed devices as your plan allows.
Some of our apps are currently available only on iOS or iPad due to technical requirements, but we’re always working hard to expand and improve what’s on offer.
We regularly update and add new apps and digital tools, so you’ll have access to many of these exciting additions as they’re released.

Device Context
- App access via login for personally owned devices belonging to the account holder is included in an active Twinkl membership. School and Organization account members can access apps on as many devices as the membership user count, but users should be aware that many of our apps store or sync user data.
For example, a school with a 30 user Twinkl school membership could use our apps on up to a combined total of 30 distinct staff, classroom or school devices. E.G. 10 single devices spread across 10 classrooms, plus 20 IT suite devices: or, school devices given to 30 students with special educational needs.
- No direct access is included for any other device type - E.G. a student's or parent device at home or suite of managed school devices that exceeds the active school user membership count. Access can be provided through Learner Logins and we're able to offer preferentially priced managed device licenses (which also remove the need to login) and, in some cases, customized versions of our apps. E.G. You may purchase volume licenses to cover installing an App on all staff and student devices.
- Student and Parent users may also purchase their own Twinkl or In-App subscription to cover their devices and schools may increase their Twinkl membership user count to cover the number of devices on which Apps are being used - the cost of additional Twinkl membership users is often easier to manage, and less costly, than multiple in-app subscriptions directly in our Apps.
