Learner Logins allow you to share resources with your learners and allows them to access Twinkl apps. With a Learner Login, children can access Twinkl resources inside and outside the classroom on any device with internet access. Manage the accounts of your learners and track their progress from your Twinkl account.
Ultimate members can create up to 50 learner logins in the 'Manage Learners' area of the account.
Set Up Learner Logins
To set up Learner Logins, follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Twinkl account.
- Click on your name at the top right of the page and click ‘My Resources’
- Click ‘Manage Learners’ then ‘Manage Learner Logins’.
- The first time you visit the Learner Login page, you'll need to state whether you're using Learner Logins as a parent or teacher and agree to the terms and conditions (clause 35.1).
- Click the ‘Add Multiple Learners’ button at the top right and download the ‘Learner Template.csv’ template.
- Enter your learner’s details and save the template.
- Upload the template by clicking 'Choose file' then 'Upload'.
Once learners have been added, collect their login details to print out by clicking the ‘Download Learner Labels’ button at the top right of the list of names.
Manage Learner Login Permissions
To make sure your learners have access to the apps, click 'Manage Learner Permissions' in the 'Manage Learners' section of your account.
Check the box for the apps you’d like each learner to access or check the box for 'All' next to 'Learner' to give all learners access to all apps.
