I’m a Community Collection winner, when should I expect to receive my support?
Financial Support Payments
If you're a winner of financial support, payment will be made within 21 days of your school or setting's bank details being submitted. The Community Collection team will inform you via the email address provided once the payment has been successfully transferred.
Delivery of Physical Items
You can expect physical items to arrive within 4 weeks of receiving your winner notification email. Please be aware that this timeframe may vary depending on the specific items won and the estimated delivery dates provided by our suppliers. The Community Collection team will ensure you are kept informed and will notify the email address you provided once your item has been dispatched.
What type of photographs should I submit when asked to provide images of our support?
We're so excited that you're going to share your photos with us! We truly love seeing our support in action.
We enjoy seeing how the resources you receive are being used with your children, however we understand that sharing images with children's faces visible isn't always possible. We're just as happy to receive photos showing the support being used by staff or simply displayed within the setting. For some ideas, take a look at the examples below:
Important: Before sharing any photos, please ensure you have relevant permission from the school and/or parents.
How do I submit my photographs and feedback?
Please submit your photographs and comments via this short feedback form.

By providing these images and feedback, you confirm that you have the necessary consent for us and our partners to use them in marketing materials. Should this consent be revoked at any point, you must notify us immediately. All images and data received will be used in line with Twinkl's Privacy Policy.
How will these photos be used?
Images and feedback provided may be shared in Twinkl newsletters, social media groups and on our website, as well as our partners’ marketing materials.*
Please note that we do not share any personal or sensitive data from the applications.
*Our partners such as YPO and Peters Ltd may also use this information within their own marketing materials if they have provided support.
Can I apply again if I've won support previously?
Yes, absolutely. You're welcome to apply as many times as you like. We select winners every month, and applications are open throughout the year. You can re-apply here.
