Keeping your postal address up-to-date allows each new book to be sent straight to your door.
Currently, Book Club books can only be sent to a UK postal address. To update your postal address, please follow these steps:
- Make sure you are signed in to your account and click 'My Account' in the menu.
- Click on 'Book Club Preferences'.
- Scroll down to the address and click 'Not Your Address?'
- Enter your new postcode and click the search button.
- Select your address from the drop down menu that appears.
- Once you have double-checked the postal address and edited any details as needed, scroll down the page and click 'Save Changes'.
If you experience any difficulties updating the postal address on your account, please contact TwinklCares. They will need the email address, full name and postal address currently on the account and the new postal address to update this for you.
