What is the Twinkl Community Collection?
We know it can be tough securing funding, which is why we set up Twinkl Community Collection, providing a quick and easy way to secure support for educational projects. Dedicated to supporting schools and organisations across the UK, support comes from our Prize Draw ticket sales, helping connect educators across the country in support of each other.
From essential equipment and supplies, to books, financial aid, Twinkl resources and more, Community Collection is here to help young people have the best opportunities for learning.
Applications can be submitted in 2 minutes and require the permission of the Headteacher or member of the Senior Leadership Team. Any UK school or educational organisation can apply at any point during the year and winners are selected every month!

Who is eligible to apply for Community Collection?
Twinkl Community Collection is open to all UK schools and UK registered educational organisations who provide education for groups of children. Applications require the permission of the headteacher, a member of the Senior Leadership Team, or the business manager. The terms and conditions for our current giveaway can be found here.
How do I apply to the Twinkl Community Collection?
Community Collection applications are open all year round and winners are selected every month!
To submit an application on behalf of your school or setting, simply complete this short application form.
How/when will we hear if our application has been successful?
We aim to contact all successful applicants within 7 days of the closing date.
You'll receive an email from the Community Collection Team notifying you that you've been successful. If you're a winner of a cash donation you'll be asked for the details of the school bank account you want money paid into, and once these are received, you should receive the money within 14 working days. Due to the high number of requests, unfortunately we won't be able to contact unsuccessful applications.
If I’m not successful, can I apply again?
Yes, you can apply as many times as you wish. Applications are open all year round and winners are selected every month. If your application wasn't successful this time, you can apply again here.
Can my application be withdrawn?
Yes, if you'd like to withdraw your application at any point, please contact our Community Collection Team at communitycollection@twinkl.co.uk
How are winners selected?
Each month we select one main winner to receive £500. All applicants are assigned a number, and the main winner is then selected at random. We also support as many other applicants as we can each month by sending physical items, and work with our partners to offer support or additional funding.

Can I use the funds for any purpose, or are there restrictions?
There are no restrictions on how the funds are used. We simply ask you to:
- Tell us in your application what you plan to spend the money on.
- Send us a photograph and feedback about the support you received afterwards.
Please note, this information, including the photograph and feedback, may be shared with Twinkl members and partners as part of our marketing for the Twinkl Prize Draw and Twinkl Community Collection.
