If there’s a resource you’re looking for but unable to find – whether it’s a different version of an existing one, something editable, black and white, in another language, or even something brand new – you can send us a request. Our Resource Creation and Design teams are always happy to look into it, and if it’s possible, we’ll create a version that works for you.
To request a resource, sign in to your Twinkl account and follow these steps:
1) Select a resource close to the resource you’d like to request and click on ‘See More Versions’ under the ‘Download’ button.
2) Take a look at the versions available and if you can't find what you're looking for, click 'Make a Request' at the bottom of the pop up.
3) Click on one of the options given and enter as much detail as you can before clicking ‘Send request’.
Alternatively, scroll down the resource page and click 'Suggest a resource' to request a new resource idea.
Once your request has been sent, the Resource Creation and Design teams will look into it. If it’s something that can be made, you’ll be notified by email (you'll need to be signed up to the 'Resource Alerts' mailing list to receive this email).
