Whitelisting
In order to ensure full Twinkl website and app functionality, you will need to allow HTTP/HTTPS access to *.twinkl.co.uk / twinkl.co.uk and *.twinkl.com / twinkl.com
Using these wildcard whitelist entries will ensure access is allowed for all our currently used sub-domains, plus any additional ones we may begin to use as Twinkl continually develops.
Whitelisting - Additional Requirements/Considerations for International Users
In addition to the standard whitelisting recommendations above, if you support users from geographical regions who may use one or more of our country specific domains then you may also need/want to whitelist HTTP/HTTPS access to one or more of our geographical TLD (top level domains) too.
For example:
For Australia: *.twinkl.com.au / twinkl.com.au , plus *.twinkl.co.uk / twinkl.co.uk and *.twinkl.com / twinkl.com
For Ireland: *.twinkl.ie / twinkl.ie , plus *.twinkl.co.uk / twinkl.co.uk and *.twinkl.com / twinkl.com
You should easily be able to tell that you need to take this action if your users are reporting that they cannot access the Twinkl website and you see a non-.co.uk/.com website address in the address bar.
