Learner Logins allow your learners to access Twinkl apps and resources inside and outside the classroom on any device with internet access. Manage the accounts of your students and track their progress from your Twinkl account.
Learner Logins make it easy for your students to access Twinkl apps and resources anytime, anywhere, on any device with internet access. You can manage their accounts and keep track of progress all from your own Twinkl account.

Set Up Learner Logins
To get started:
- Sign in to your Twinkl account.
- Click your name in the top right corner and select "Learner Management".
- The first time you visit, you’ll need to accept the terms and conditions (clause 35.1). If you’re using a school account, this will need to be accepted by the account manager.
- You can add learners one at a time or upload them in bulk using a CSV file. Ultimate subscribers can create up to 50 learner logins.
Add a Learner
Step 1: Click "Add Learner" in the center or top right of the screen.
Step 2: Enter your learner’s details, such as name, class, year, and groups. These aren’t required but can be helpful. You can regenerate the username or password anytime using the refresh icon. When you’re done, click "Save and continue", or click "Cancel" to stop.
Step 3: Once your learners are set up, you can choose which apps they can access by turning permissions on or off. Click "Save permissions" when you’re done.
Add Multiple Learners
To add several learners at once:
Step 1: Click "Add Multiple Learners" in the top right, then download the learner login template.
Step 2: Fill in the template with your class or group details, then upload it.
Step 3: After uploading, set app permissions for your learners. You can do this individually or in groups using the "Manage Learner Permissions" steps.
Edit a Learner
Step 1: Go back to the "Learners" page using the side menu. Click the edit (pencil) icon next to the learner.
Step 2: Update their details in the "Details" tab and click "Save changes". You’ll see a confirmation once it’s saved.
Delete a Learner
To remove a learner, click the edit (pencil) icon to open their profile, then select "Delete learner".
You can also delete multiple learners at once by checking their boxes in the table and clicking "Delete Learner" on the bottom bar.
Download Learner Labels
Step 1: Select the learners you want labels for, either individually or all at once.
Step 2: Click "Download Learner Labels" at the bottom, then select "Download Now" to confirm.
Export Learners to a Spreadsheet
Step 1: Select your learners individually or in bulk.
Step 2: Click the "Export Learners" icon. You can also export groups from the "Groups" section.
