Interactive PDF Problems

To make sure all the features of our interactive PDF and Hotspots resources are working properly, please view these resources in a standalone PDF viewer, rather than a browser window or tab.

If your system automatically opens PDF resources in a browser window or tab,  we recommend trying the following options:

- When the resource opens in your web browser PDF viewer, there is a small "download" arrow icon. Click this to save the resource to your device. Once saved, find the resource on your device and right-click on it to select 'Open with' and open with your PDF viewer (usually Adobe Reader).

- Alternatively, right-click on the 'Download' button on the resource page. Select 'Save Link As' and save the resource to a folder or your desktop. Once saved, find the resource on your device and right-click on it to select 'Open with' and open with your PDF viewer (usually Adobe Reader).

Please contact our TwinklCares team if you'd like any further support.
