Whether you are stepping away from Twinkl for parental leave, because you have finished a placement, or for a break, you can pause your membership and restart it at a later date.
For guidance on pausing your membership, please click on one of the options below:
Annual membership
Please contact TwinklCares with the email address on your account and the date you'd like to pause the membership from. TwinklCares may ask some questions to confirm your account and will then pause the membership for you. During the pause, you'll be able to log into your account and download the free resources on the website.
To restart your membership, contact TwinklCares with the email address on your account and the date you'd like your membership to restart. They'll organise this for you.
I have a monthly membership
You can pause your monthly membership for 30, 60 or 90 days through the website. To do this, follow these steps:
1) Sign in to your Twinkl account and go to the Payment & Memberships page.
2) In the 'Your Current Membership' section towards the top of the page, you'll find a box with your membership name. Underneath this is a grey 'Manage Membership' link. Click on this link.
3) Scroll to the 'Twinkl Free' option and click the 'Cancel Membership' button in the box.
4) You'll see some information about downloads and support. Please click 'Cancel Anyway'.
5) The next screen will display some more options, including ‘Pause Your Subscription’. Click in the circle above the number of days you would like to pause the account for, then click ‘Put account on hold’.
6) A confirmation message will appear on the screen and an email will be sent to the email address on your account giving the date the pause will end and the next month of membership will begin.
If you wish to start the membership before the pause has finished, visit the ‘Membership’ page and click ‘Reactivate Membership Now’. Please note, a payment for the month of membership will be taken right away.
If you wish to pause your membership for longer than 90 days, please contact TwinklCares who will be able to help pause your membership.
I have a monthly membership & I am outside the UK
You can pause your monthly membership for 30, 60 or 90 days through the website. To do this, follow these steps:

4) In the box ‘Pause Your Subscription’, click in the circle above the number of days you would like to pause the account for. Then click ‘Put account on hold’.
5) A confirmation message will appear on the screen and an email will be sent to the email address on your account giving the date the pause will end and the next month of membership will begin.
