How Do I Pause My Twinkl Membership?

Annual Membership

Please contact TwinklCares with the email address on your account and the date you’d like to pause the membership from. TwinklCares may ask some questions to confirm your account before pausing the membership for you.  

To restart your membership, get back in touch with TwinklCares with the email address on your account and the date you’d like your membership to restart, and they’ll organise this for you.

 

Monthly Membership

You can pause your monthly membership for 30, 60, or 90 days. 

  1. Head to the Payment & Memberships page.
  2. Tap the ‘Manage membership’ button.
  3. Select 'Pause Membership'.
  4. Choose your break length and click ‘Put account on hold’.

A confirmation message will appear on the screen and an email will be sent to the email address on your account giving the date the pause will end and the next month of membership will begin.

If you wish to start the membership before the pause has finished, visit the ‘Payment & Memberships' page and click ‘Reactivate Membership Now’. A payment for the month of membership will be taken right away.

 

Restart My Membership

If you want to restart your membership before the pause is due to end, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Twinkl Account and visit the visit the 'Payment & Memberships' area of your account.
  2. At the top of the page you'll see the date the next payment is due to be taken. Click the 'Restart membership immediately' link.
  3. An email will be sent to your account to confirm the pause has ended and the date of the next membership payment.

Annual members will need to contact TwinklCares with the email address on their account and the date they'd like their membership to restart.


Cancelling a Paused Membership

To cancel a paused membership bought by card, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit www.twinkl.co.uk/payment-history and scroll to 'Payment History'. 
  2. Here, you'll see the payment method. Click the bin symbol in the 'Delete' column to cancel the membership.

To cancel a paused membership bought via PayPal, please contact TwinklCares with the email address for your Twinkl account.
