To cancel a monthly membership, follow these steps:
1) Sign in to your Twinkl account.
2) Hover over your name at the top right of the web page and click 'Payments' in the drop-down menu.
3) In the 'Your Current Membership' section towards the top of the page, you'll find a box with your membership name. Click on the 'Update, cancel and more' link underneath this.
5) Scroll down to the 'Twinkl Free' option and click the 'Cancel Membership' button in the box.
6) Follow the process on the screen, clicking on 'Cancel Anyway' until you reach the 'Cancellation Confirmed' page.
Once you have cancelled your membership, an email confirming the cancellation will be sent to the email address on the account.
Any changes made to your membership will not be applied to payments that have already been collected.
I am using a mobile device (phone or tablet)
To cancel a monthly membership using a mobile device, open Twinkl on the web browser of the device, sign in to your account and follow these steps:
1) Tap on the account icon at the bottom right and select 'Payments' from the drop down menu.
2) Scroll to the 'Your Current Membership' section.
4) Click the 'Update, cancel and more' link underneath your membership details.
5) Scroll down to find the 'Twinkl Free' option and click the 'Cancel Membership' button.
6) Follow the process on the screen, scrolling down to click on 'Cancel Anyway' until you reach the 'Cancellation Confirmed' page.
Once you've cancelled your membership, an email confirming the cancellation will be sent to the email address on the account.
Any changes made to your membership will not be applied to payments that have already been collected.

If something's not quite right and you can't see your membership details, we recommend first double-checking you're signed in to the right account. You can do this by going to Account>My Details and checking the email address and username.
