Word lists make it quick and easy to add multiple names or words to a resource. Read on to find out how to create and word list and upload a word list to your resource.
Create a Word List
Follow these steps to add a list of names/words:
1) Click on Tt for text on the left-hand menu.
2) Click on 'WordLists' above the text box.
3) Add your group of names/words by typing in the box and hitting the Enter key after each name/word.
4) Once all names have been added, click the 'Add Word List' button to add the names/words to the resource you're creating.
5) To save the word list to use again, click on the name/word on the resource so a box appears around it. Then click the 'Save custom Word List' link on the left of the screen.
6) Add a title and click the 'Save' button.
The saved list is now available to use in different Create templates.
Adding a Saved Word List to Your Resource
To use a saved word list in a resource you're creating, follow these steps:
1) Click on Tt for text on the left-hand menu.
2) Click on 'WordLists' above the text box.
3) Click 'Load Word List' at the bottom of this tab.
4) Click the 'Your Word List' tab and click on the word list you want to use. You'll see a preview of the names/words in the list. Click 'Load' to add this list to your resource.
5) Your word list will be added to your resource.
