To cancel your trial subscription, follow these steps:
- Sign in to your account.
- Go to the "Payments & Subscriptions" page.
- Click "Manage Subscription," then "Cancel Subscription" and "Turn Off Auto-Renew."
- Follow the on-screen steps, selecting "Cancel Anyway" on each page until you reach the "Cancellation Confirmed" page.
You'll see confirmation on screen right away, and we'll send a confirmation email to the email address linked to your account. If you don't see it, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
Please note that canceling your subscription won't affect any payments that have already been processed.

Before you spend more time searching, head to the "My Details" section of your account and double check the email address and username you're using. Then try signing out and back in with any other email addresses you may have used.
