Monthly Subscription
A monthly payment will be taken on the same date each month until you choose to cancel.
If you'd like to pause or cancel your subscription, please visit the "Payment & Subscription" area of your account.
Annual Subscription
An annual subscription will auto renew on the last date of the subscription.
We'll send a reminder email to the log in email address on the account 30 days before the subscription is set to renew and the next payment is collected.
Please note that if you don't see the reminder email, it may have been redirected to your spam or junk folder. Many providers automatically clear emails from these folders after a certain time, so the message may have been removed from your inbox before the end of the 30-day period.
You can always check the renewal date in the "Payment & Subscription" area of your account, in the "Your Current Subscription" section.
You'll also see a reminder of the number of days left on your subscription at the top right of the web page, next to the search bar.
