You can easily see the start and end dates of your subscription on the "Payment & Subscriptions" page in your account.
Just sign in to your Twinkl account and follow these steps:
- Go to the "Payment & Subscriptions" section.
- Scroll down to "Payment History". Your most recent subscription will be listed first. Look in the "End Date" column to see when your subscription will finish.
Annual subscribers will get a renewal email 30 days before their subscription ends. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.
Monthly subscribers will have a payment taken on the same date each month, and you can cancel monthly payments at any time.
If you’re the contact for a school or organization, you can find the subscription end date by entering your email address in the box on the "Twinkl Schools Manager" page. Follow the link in the email you receive to view the details.
